–Bachelor of Science in Nursing

– B Sc Medical Lab Technician

LBS nursing admissions have a unique application form for all the B Sc Nursing and paramedical field.Online application are only accepted for LBS nursing admissions. The official website for LBS is www.lbscentre.kerala.gov.in where these application are available.

B Sc Nursing Admission fees

There are two method of payment
- Online payment-Net banking,debit,credit etc
- Through challan
Lbs Bsc nursing and paramedical stream application fee is Rs 600 for general category students and service candidates. For SC/ST students the application fees is Rs 300. Relevant details about the applicant need to be given as per the specification and only a single application must be filled since more than one application may result in rejection.
B Sc Nursing and Paramedical Ranklist
B Sc nursing selection procedure has varies criteria for generating ranklist. Ranklist for candidates is furnished based on the stream which they have applied for.There are different admission criteria based on the marks they obtained.
Initially the rank list is made from the marks the applicants gained from their qualifying exams for subjects such as physics,chemistry,biology and english together in order to join Bsc nursing ,Bsc medical laboratory technician and Bsc optometry courses.
Second applicants rank list forallotment to B. Sc. Perfusion Technology, Bsc in CardioVascular.Technology,Bachelors in Physiotherapy, B.Sc.Medical Radiological Technology course, B. Sc. in Dialysis Technology allotment takes place based on the marks scored for Physics, chemistry and biology.
Finally the ranklist for Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology is prepared based on the marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Electronics/Psychology from their final examination.
The rank list is produced and trail allotment is made. The most qualified applicant get the top most rank. First priority is given to the top rankers and the rest applicants are filled based on the B Sc nursing ranking list. The best rank holder can study at the top nursing colleges at Kerala. B Sc Nursing Admission Eligibility
LBS nursing admission has two categories of seating for eligible candidates
- LBS nursing government/merit seat
Colleges have government seat for candidates aspiring for B Sc Nursing. Government controlled self financing colleges and private self financing colleges shares 50% of seats for merit obtained students.
- LBS B Sc nursing management seat
With the permission of the government management seats too are provided appropriately.
LBS nursing 2023 admission eligibility criteria
1) Nationality: B Sc Nursing 2023 admission gives first preference to Indian nationals. admissions are also given to holders of person of Indian Origin or overseas citizens of India but reservations are not.
2) Origin in Kerala: Nursing admission for Keralite also include children’s of all India service officers but no reservations is provided.
3) non Keralite category 1
The procedures needed for non keralite for enrolling B Sc Nursing and paramedical courses are as follows.
– an eligible candidate who completed qualifying exams right at Kerala, and whose parents have served for government of India or defence by being posted at Kerala atleast for 2 years.
– non Keralite but resided for 5 years within 12 years of candidate education or kerala from 8th to 12th.
– qualified for medical seat but no fees concession for reservation is provided.
Non Keralite category 2
No fee concession or reservation. They not even belong to category 1 of Non Keralite.
