Eligibility:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with good interpersonal, communication, and social skills who can understand and tend to patient needs, work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and effectively interact with the patient’s family and/or relatives. Relevant experience may be preferred, but is not necessarily required. Anyone with relevant academic training in nursing can apply.
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
– Working to improve and accelerate patient recovery by strictly following the nursing practices.
– Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in order to enhance medical treatment outcomes.
– Providing psychological support to the patients and their relatives and/or friends.
– Adhering to therapeutic standards to ensure quality care is provided to each and every patient.
– Strictly following infection-control policies and protocols to keep the hospital environment a healthy, safe, and healing space for everyone.
– Carefully listening to patient issues and effectively resolving them as soon as possible.
– Strictly adhering to the Medicine Administration instructions from the doctor treating the particular patient.
– Managing Inventory and nursing supplies stock.

1) Job Security (Any contract period): We are expecting for our nurses to work with us at least for a period of 4 to 5 years.
2) Salary: Nurses that work for us are compensated well for their services. Each nurse will be earning from USD 2200 – 2300 per month. The monthly salary is subject to deductions based on accommodation and utility.
3) Work Hours: Expected working hours are as usual for nurses in most healthcare centers, which is 8 hours per day.
4) Accommodation Assistance: Since the nurses will be traveling from India to the Cayman Islands, we will be providing them with the required accommodation assistance. They’ll have two options. They can either avail our assistance services in finding suitable accommodation for them or select the accommodation services provided by us.
5) Transportation: In addition to accommodation services, we also take care of the transportation of our employees. They will never have to worry about traveling from their accommodation to the hospital.
6) Additional Benefits: The additional benefit of working at the Cayman Islands is that there’s no tax deduction. All our employees are eligible for pension after they reach the retirement age after having worked with us, irrespective of their country of residence. In addition, we also provide Council Registration and Work Permit assistance. Moreover, the nurses are provided with attractive leave benefits. They can visit their home country every year, if they wish to do so. Furthermore, we also provide comprehensive insurance for all of our employees.
7) Moving with the family (If there is any assistance or option available) – According to the immigration laws of the Cayman Islands, it is not permitted to have dependants for people living in the CI with a work permit. But, the employees do have the option to sponsor a visiting visa for the period of up to 6 months at their expense.
